Jeremy R. McCullough is an attorney licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in the state of Utah. He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and received his Juris Doctorate of Law from Willamette University in 2006.
Jeremy enjoys representing the "little guy" in civil litigation matters. It came as a surprise to him that he really enjoys practicing bankruptcy law and helping clients receive the fresh financial start that those powerful laws offer. Jeremy has also had success in taking on insurance companies in accident and workers compensation cases as well as helping clients develop and accomplish their estate planning goals. Overall, he enjoys the practice of law and the opportunity it provides to solve problems and improve the lives of his clients.
Jeremy enjoys spending time with his three daughters as well as canyoneering, pickleball, motorcycle riding, and a bit of mountain biking and traveling.
